These Terms govern participation in the TRIBAL III network and apply to all users, regardless of tier.
1. Legal Disclaimer
The TRIBAL User Handbook is not a contract and does not guarantee employment, casting, or creative outcomes. Policies may be updated at any time.
2. Acknowledgement
By participating, users confirm they have reviewed the Handbook and agree to protect TRIBAL intellectual property and communications.
3. Digital Systems, Data Use & Cookie Policy
TRIBAL may use digital systems for attendance tracking, course progress, automated reminders, communication verification, safety monitoring, and AI-assisted messaging.
Users consent to screenshots, recordings, chat logs, and participation capture for internal, educational, promotional, and documentation purposes.
Cookie Categories:
- Essential: login, security, navigation
- Performance & Analytics: engagement and site metrics
- Functionality: preferences and session storage
- Security & Compliance: fraud prevention, abuse detection, and form protection (including reCAPTCHA)

4. Payment & Financial Terms
All payments are non-refundable. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may result in legal or financial action.
5. Equipment Terms
All equipment remains TRIBAL property and must be returned upon usership termination. Users are responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
6. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you expressly consent to receive email communications only from TRIBAL III Inc. for informational, promotional, and operational purposes.
We do not send text messages or place telephone calls unless and until you separately and explicitly opt in to such communications.
You may withdraw your consent to receive email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each email or by contacting us directly.
7. Digital Participation Consent
Users waive compensation and approval rights for captured content used for promotional, educational, or historical purposes.
8. Safety & Conduct
Violations of conduct or professionalism standards may result in suspension or termination.
9. Shipping & Fulfillment
Products are fulfilled by Printify Inc. Shipping is free. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days.
10. Course Access
Courses are available only to Gold and Platinum users. No partial access.
